The Website allows free navigation through its different sections in order to know the product offer, main characteristics, prices and sales conditions, without any cost or commitment.
4. Intellectual Property
The Website and all graphic elements, trademarks, registered designs, logos, and other works protected by Intellectual Property Rights are owned by either Andrómeda Manufacturing, S.L.U. or VIKENIAS (“Protected IP”). Where VIKENIAS does not own the Protected IP, it uses it under licence from Andrómeda Manufacturing, S.L.U. (“Andromeda”).
The use of the Website does not imply any licence to use the elements protected by industrial or intellectual property rights. Customers are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, publishing, modifying, or otherwise using such protected contents.
The purchase of VIKENIAS products does not authorise the customer to use trademarks, designs or other contents protected by intellectual property rights, including the domain name.
The customer must refrain from any use of these elements that could imply a relationship or association with VIKENIAS.
The name YODEYMA is a registered trademark, both word and graphic, and any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited — including as a domain name, trade name, or promotional identifier.
Without prior written authorisation from Andromeda, the customer may not use any protected element such as trademarks, designs, logos, domain names, images, videos or texts. Breach of this obligation constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action.
5. Pre-contractual Information
5.1 Requirements to Buy on the Website
Age: The buyer must be at least 18 years old. Minors must have authorisation from a parent or guardian, who assumes responsibility for their actions.
Important: Placing an order requires registration on the Website and implies a payment obligation.
Sign-up: Customers must provide personal details and delivery address.
Payment: Customers receive the order details and amount due before acceptance. By validating the order, they confirm agreement with the price, product, and delivery conditions.
5.2 Purchase Process

7. Price
Prices include VAT and are indicated in GBP. Special offers are valid as specified on the Website and subject to stock availability.
Customers are informed of total payable amounts — product price, taxes, and shipping — before confirming the purchase.
8. Shipping Cost
Before confirming the purchase, the Website displays the applicable shipping cost or the minimum amount for free shipping.
9. Acceptance of the Offer
Order confirmation implies acceptance and the obligation to register and pay. Upon completion, VIKENIAS will email the customer an order confirmation including details and invoice upon delivery.
10. Payment
Payment can be made by PayPal or credit/debit card. Payment is required prior to delivery. VIKENIAS will not dispatch unpaid products.
Failure to pay in full results in cancellation of the agreement.
11. Product Delivery
Subject to circumstances beyond its control, VIKENIAS aims to deliver within 48–72 hours after payment confirmation. Customers must verify orders upon receipt.
Delays: If delivery is delayed by an event outside our control, customers will be informed. In such cases, refunds are available for cancelled orders not yet delivered.
12. Cancellation only for B2C
Customers may cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving the product(s), without justification. Cancellations must be sent to united_kingdom@yodeyma.uk or by post.

Products must be returned unused, sealed, and in original packaging within 14 days of cancellation confirmation. The customer bears return costs. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return, via the same payment method.
13. Product Warranty
VIKENIAS is liable for product defects for a period of two years. In case of injury, claims must be made within three years of occurrence.
Customers may request replacement, price reduction, or contract termination for defective or non-conforming products.
Replacement: VIKENIAS will collect and replace defective products free of charge.

Exceptions: We do not limit or exclude liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Claims Form
VIKENIAS provides complaint forms available at its registered office during working hours: Monday–Thursday 10am–7pm, Friday 9am–2pm.
Customers may also submit complaints to the competent consumer protection authorities in their place of residence.
15. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
16. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be addressed to united_kingdom@yodeyma.uk. VIKENIAS will respond in writing within 21 days.
If unresolved, customers may submit a claim via the Money Claim Online service, which includes a free mediation process. If mediation fails, the dispute proceeds to a formal court decision.
Claims outside Money Claim Online jurisdiction may be pursued through the English Courts as appropriate.
