LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY
Instagram giveaway on 20 February 2026.

1 - COMPANY ORGANISING THE PROMOTION
The company VIKENIAS UK LTD, with registered address at 6th Floor 2 London Wall Place, Barbican, London, United Kingdom, EC2Y 5AU, and identified with number 10162784, is organising the international prize draw (hereinafter, ‘the Promotion’) on an international scale, to be carried out via the Internet (on the Yodeyma UK brand's own Instagram platform), exclusively for users residing in the United Kingdom in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.

The purpose of this draw is to raise awareness of the brand and encourage users to learn about it.

2 - START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will begin on Friday, 20 February 2026 at 12:00 p.m. and end on Monday, 2 March at 12:00 p.m.

3 - PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements are as follows:

Individuals residing in the United Kingdom who are over the age of 18 (hereinafter, ‘Participants’) are eligible to participate.
Only Participants who have an Instagram account are eligible to participate.
Participants must follow Yodeyma UK's Instagram account (@yodeymaparfums_uk). 
Participants must comment on the brand's post on Instagram, tagging other Instagram profiles during the participation period. Participants may only mention two users per comment. There is no limit on the number of comments per user. The same user cannot be mentioned in more than one comment. 
The person mentioned must be a real account, excluding celebrity accounts. 
Participants must ‘Like’ the post.
Participants must share the post in stories to obtain an extra entry.

4 - PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIZES
A winner will be chosen at random using the AppSorteos platform. The winner's name will be announced on Monday, 2 March 2026, via the brand's official Instagram stories (@yodeymaparfums_uk). The winner will also be mentioned in the same post about the draw and will be sent a private message via Instagram, specifying the delivery details.
The winner must respond within 5 days. If not, a new winner will be selected.
There will be 5 prizes for 5 winners. Each prize will consist of a pack of three 100 ml perfumes from The Niche Collection, which cannot be exchanged: No. 53, No. 54 and No. 134.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5 - DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALISATIONS
If it is found that any of the Participants do not meet the requirements set out in the rules, or the information provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.
If their delivery address does not match the country mentioned in this document, they will immediately lose their prize and the next person on the list of winners will be chosen.

6 - PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting or discriminatory, or which could violate the rights of third parties, will not be permitted. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honour, personal and family privacy, and personal image will also not be permitted.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by comments made by Participants in the Promotion that may at any time hurt the sensibilities of other Participants.
Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of comments made by Participants in the posts, may not under any circumstances violate Instagram's Community Guidelines or Instagram's Terms of Use.

7 - LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, delay or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the running of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant of the prize obtained from this Promotion.
We assume no responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that may prevent the Promotion from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this giveaway, nor is it associated with it.

8 - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, by accepting these Legal Terms and Conditions, each participant consents to their personal data being incorporated into a file owned by the company for the purpose of managing the draw, disseminating and publicising its results, and processing the delivery of the prize.
We inform you that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability, to be forgotten and not to be subject to automated individual decision-making by sending an email to info@yodeyma.uk or by writing to the following address: 6th Floor 2 London Wall Place, Barbican, London, United Kingdom, EC2Y 5AU, attaching a copy of an identification document in both cases.

9 - CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional terms and conditions, provided that this does not harm or undermine the rights of Participants in the Promotion.
By participating in the draw, Participants fully accept the conditions of these Legal Terms and Conditions. Likewise, participation in a draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is carried out.

10 - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These legal terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the Participants shall be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these terms and conditions.
